Our handmade soaps are hand-stirred right in the
kitchen. We make our soaps from scratch using the old-fashioned cold-process method. The soap is then allowed to cure
for 4-6 weeks to produce a mild, hard, long-lasting bar of soap.
Benefits of using Handmade Soaps
Why use handmade soaps? Handmade soaps have an added
benefit that commercial soaps don't have. Glycerin! Through the process of soapmaking, natural glycerin is produced. The manufacturers
of soap skim the glycerin off the top and sell it as a by-product to other industries. They replace it with harsh detergents
and chemicals. This is why your skin may feel dry and itchy after using them. Handmade soaps retain the natural
glycerin and will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and silky. Once you try them, you will feel the difference!
What is in our Soaps?
We use only the finest quality vegetable oils, fragrance or essential oils, herbs,
etc. Each recipe is uniquely created to make a soap with a rich, fluffy lather that not only cleanses, but is moisturizing
and soothing to the skin. All our soaps contain a high percentage of Olive Oil because it creates a very
mild soap. Olive Oil is also non-clogging to the pores and allows your skin to perform it's natural functions. We
then include any or all of the following oils: Apricot Kernel, Avocado, Sweet Almond, Castor, Cocoa Butter, Coconut,
Palm, Shea butter and many other luxurious skin-loving oils. Silk amino acids are also added to each bar and
will leave your skin feeling like silk! The ingredients are listed on each bar so you know what is in the soap you are using.
How to care for Handmade Soap
Because
handmade soaps contain the natural glycerin, they need to be taken care of differently. The bar of soap should be placed in
a well-drained soap dish and allowed to dry in between uses. The soap will then last longer and lather better.
All of our soaps are available in 3 sizes, guest-sized, 3-3.5 oz. and 5-5.5
oz. Our guest-sized are a perfect size for those who would like to try our soaps before buying a larger bar.

This creamy, luxurious soap is made with Goat's milk and pure
honey. Goat's milk is high in fat content, so adding it to soap helps lower the PH making it closer to the PH of our skin.
